AI Automation · what we sell

Put AI to work
inside the business

We answer every enquiry inside a minute, whatever the hour. We confirm bookings, chase the ones that go quiet, and text lapsed customers before they forget you exist. Built for businesses where the phone never stops and nobody's free to pick it up.

The systems

Three things, done properly

Lead engine

Every enquiry answered in under a minute, whatever the hour it arrives. Missed calls get a text back, DMs and forms get a real reply with your booking link, and you get a ping for the hot ones. Nothing goes quiet.

Booking & admin automation

Confirmations, reminders the morning of, no-show protection, review asks after the visit and drafted replies. The diary and the follow-up run themselves, and you see it all.

Win-back loop

Regulars who lapse get spotted and nudged at the right moment. Failed payments get chased politely before they become cancellations. The quiet leaks, plugged.

The demo

Watch a missed call become a booking

A real speed-to-lead flow, replayed. The barbershop is fictional; the mechanics are exactly what we install. Every word the system can say is signed off by the owner first.

How it works

We find the leaks before we quote

01

Discovery

A short call about where your week actually goes. No pitch, no menu. We listen for the hours and the money leaking out.

02

The plan, in writing

What we would automate, what each fix costs, and what it is worth in your numbers. Priced per fix, never "everything for one price".

03

Build & test

Built against your real cases, with you watching it work before you sign it off. A human stays in the loop wherever judgement matters.

04

It runs, we watch

The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and fixes. You get a plain-English note each month: what ran, what it caught, what it saved.

One system

Everything else feeds it

The website and the app exist to catch demand. The automation is what turns demand into booked, paid, repeat work. If your site cannot carry that, we build one that can, once we're working together. That is the add-on, not the pitch.

The honest bit

No client logos, no invented numbers

A made-up example, with the arithmetic shown in full: a 240-member gym at £38 a month loses six trial enquiries a month to silence. If three in ten would have joined and stayed a year, that is 6 × 0.3 × £38 × 12, roughly £820 a month walking out the door. The lead engine exists to close exactly that gap.

We run on our own systems

The research, personalisation and follow-up engine we sell is the one this studio runs itself, daily. We automated our own admin first, because we would not sell what we do not use.

Early, and priced like it

No client logos yet. We are early and say so. Our first three clients get founding terms: prices held for a year, in exchange for being a named case study once the numbers prove out.
