This policy explains how Silotica handles personal data: what you share through this website, and the limited business contact information we research about prospective clients. We keep data collection to the minimum needed.
Silotica is an automation studio based in Birmingham, United Kingdom, operated by Lodestone Enterprise Ltd (trading as Silotica), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17265873. For data protection purposes, Lodestone Enterprise Ltd is the data controller for the information you submit here and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC170884. You can reach us at studio@silotica.com.
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide:
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. The site sets no non-essential cookies.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, assess fit, and arrange a discovery call if there is one. Under the UK GDPR our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests: replying to people who contact us about working together. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to any marketing list without asking you first.
The enquiry form is handled by Formspree, which processes your submission and forwards it to our inbox. Your message is then held in our email, hosted on Google Workspace. This website is served through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Each of these acts as a processor on our behalf. Some of these providers are US companies and may process data in the United States; where they do, the transfer is protected by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses, as applicable to that provider. We use no other third parties to process enquiry data, and this website does not take payments or use a payment processor.
To find businesses we might help, we sometimes note business contact details from public sources: a business website, a public social profile, or the Companies House register. This can include an owner’s name and business contact details. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: introducing our services to businesses that look like a fit, assessed and documented internally. We only contact companies by email in line with the marketing rules, we never sell this information, and if you ask us to delete what we hold about you or your business, we will, promptly. This data lives in private records, never published.
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact about your request, then delete it. Research notes on prospective clients are deleted within 12 months if we never work together. You can ask us to delete either sooner at any time.
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email studio@silotica.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy as the studio grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
